摘要
针对R型摆式磨粉机磨辊卡死,即造成整套磨辊损毁的情况,提出了具有两个旋转自由度的磨辊运行状态监控方法。采用旋转变压器为监控装置供电,金属薄膜磁敏电阻检测磨辊转速,再由蓝牙系统组成无线网络,向上位机传送4个磨辊的运行状态,并通过无线网络由上位机向磨粉机的电机传送紧急停止信号,构成了两自由度转速状态的监控系统。该系统解决了现场灰尘影响系统可靠性的问题,可防止R型摆式磨粉机的磨辊出现故障时造成的事故扩大,减少损失,提高设备的可靠性。
Against grinder rolls are stuck in R-type pendulum grinder, that is to say, a suit of grinder rollers are damaged, the paper proposes the monitoring method for the grinder rollers' running states with two rotary degrees of freedom. Take the rotary transformer as power of the monitoring device, use the metal-film magnetic-sensing resistor to cheek the roll speeds, then compose the wireless network by Bluetooth technology to transmit 4 running states of grinder rolls to the upper computer and to deliver the urgent stop signal from the upper computer to the grinder motor, and form the system with the two degrees of freedom for monitoring the running states. This system solves the problem that the on-site dust influences the systematic reliabili04, avoids the expansion of accidents when failures happen to the rolls of R-type pendulum grinder, and promotes reliabilities of equipments to reduce the loss.
