摘要
首先对当今液压圆锥破碎机的现状作了简略介绍,从中归纳出具有代表性的两种先进的,也是应用最为广泛的液压圆锥破碎机。一是山特维克H1800系列单缸液压圆锥破碎机,二是诺德伯格HP系列多缸液压圆锥破碎机。其次,论述了这两种破碎机设计思想的基本点及其发展过程,并且对它们的结构和性能进行了分析。通过对这两种破碎机主要技术参数的比较,论述了它们的优越性和产生的根本原因,以及存在的缺点。在此基础上,又提出了液压圆锥破碎机今后的发展趋势以及新型液压圆锥破碎机的实施方案。
Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the present state of the hydraulic cone crushers and summarizes two representative advanced and most widely applied hydraulic cone crushers. One is H1800 series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher from Sandvik, the other is HP series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher from Nordberg. Secondly, it discusses the basic points of their design philosophies and development processes, and analyzes their structures and properties. It also discourses their advantages, advantage generating causes and existing disadvantages through the comparison of main parameters about the two crushers. On this basis, it proposes the development trend of the hydraulic cone crusher and the embodiment of the new hydraulic cone crusher.
