摘要
调浆作业是实现有效矿化和分离的前提和保障。在分析浮选机与浮选柱对高效调浆的需求情况的基础上,对现有调浆机制进行论述,并对存在的问题进行分析。通过对搅拌流场的试验研究和数值模拟研究的论述,汇总现有调浆技术的产业化应用情况,指出高效调浆技术是选矿工业技术研发的新方向。
Pulp-mixing operation is the premise and safeguard to achieve effective mineralization and separation. On the basis of analyzing the demand of the flotation machine and flotation column for high-efficient pulp-mixing, the existing stirred mechanisms is discussed, also the existing problems are analyzed. Through the discussion of examination research and numerical simulation research, and the summary of the industrialization application of the existing pulp-mixing technique, it points out that high-efficient pulp-mixing technique is a new research direction of mineral processing technology.
