丹红注射液治疗扩张型心肌病左心功能不全疗效观察

Effects of Danhong Injection on Dilated Cardiomyopathy with Left Ventricular Dysfunction

目的观察丹红注射液对扩张型心肌病左心功能不全的治疗效果。方法将66例扩张型心肌病左心功能不全患者随机均分为两组,两组均给予洋地黄、利尿剂、血管扩张剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和β受体阻滞剂常规治疗,治疗组加用丹红注射液治疗;两组疗程均为21d。治疗前后进行多普勒超声心动图检查,对心功能及其相关指标作对比观察。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗后治疗组患者心排量、心脏指数、射血分数与左室舒张功能指标(E/A、Ea/Aa、E/Ea)均明显改善,与对照组比较亦有显著性差异。且丹红注射液治疗期间未见不良反应。结论丹红注射液有改善左心功能的作用,是辅助治疗扩张型心肌病左心功能不全的一种有效而安全的药物。

Objective： To observe the effect of Danhong Injection on dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） with left ventricular dysfunction （LVDF）. Methods： 66 DCM patients with LYDF were divided into the control group and the treatment group. Both groups were given routine treatment （digitalis, diuretic, vasodilators, ACEI and β-blocker） for 21d. The treatment group was given Danhong Injection based on routine treatment. Before and after treatment, the cardiac function was examined by Doppler echocardiography. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. There were significant improvements of cardiac output, cardiac index, ejection fraction and left ventricular diastolic function parameters （ E / A, Ea/Aa, E / Ea） in treatment group after treatment, and there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion： Danhong Injection can improve left heart function. It has adjunctive therapy effect on DCM with LVDF.
