脂汰清颗粒对实验性高脂血症兔ox-LDL、MDA、GSH-Px、SOD的影响 被引量:4

The Effect of Zhitaiqing Granule on ox-LDL,MDA,GSH-Px and SOD of Experimental Hyperlipidemic Rabbit

摘要 目的观察脂汰清颗粒对实验性高脂血症兔脂质过氧化的影响。方法将普通级雄性新西兰兔随机选取10只作空白对照组,喂普通饲料,余兔按高脂饲料1号配方饲养6周,制成高脂血症模型,再随机分为模型组、脂汰清治疗组、辛伐他汀对照组、山楂精降脂片对照组。从第7周开始,正常组喂全价营养饲料,余组改喂高脂饲料2号配方。同时,脂汰清组及两对照组分别给相应溶化药物,空白组和模型组给等量生理盐水灌胃,连续11周后检测SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、ox-LDL。结果模型组与空白组比较,ox-LDL明显升高,SOD明显降低;GSH-Px有降低的趋势,MDA有升高的趋势,但均无统计学意义。脂汰清治疗组与模型组比较,MDA、ox-LDL显著降低;SOD显著升高;GSH-Px呈上升趋势,但无统计学意义。结论脂汰清颗粒有抑制ox-LDL-C的形成、降低MDA的含量、增强SOD和GSH-Px活力的作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhitaiqing Granule on the lipid peroxidation in rabbits with experimental hyperlipemia. Methods: 10 New Zealand rabbits were chosen as blank group randomly and fed with normal foods. Other rabbits were fed with NO. 1 formula high fat foods for 6 weeks. Hyperlipemia models were formed, ther randomly divided into model group, Zhitaiqing treatment group, simvastatin control group, and Shanzhajingjiangzhi Tablet control group. From the 7th week,rabbits in blank group were fed with the full nutrient diets, while the rest rabbits are fed with NO. 2 formula high fat foods. At the same time, the Zhitaiqing treatment group and the other 2 control groups were fed with interrelated drugs, and the rabbits in blank and model group were fed with the same quantity normal saline by gavage. After 11 weeks, the levels of ox-LDL, MDA, GSH-Px and SOD were determined. Results: In the model group, compared with the blank group, ox-LDL increased and SOD decreased significantly. The GSH-Px had a downward trend while MDA had upward trend. Both of them had no statistical significance. In Zhitaiqing treatment group, compared with the model group, MDA and ox-LDL increased and SOD decreased significantly. The GSH-Px showed an upward trend without statistical significance. Conclusion: Zhitaiqing Granule can inhibit the formation of ox-LDL-C, decrease MDA contents and enhance the vitality of SOD and GSH-Px.
