甘肃省谷子地方种质资源遗传多样性分析

Analysis of genetic diversity of local germplasm resources for foxtail millet in Gansu

以甘肃省地（州）为单位对474份甘肃省谷子地方种质资源的22个主要性状进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明：（1）甘肃省谷子地方种质资源的多样性在地州间存在明显差异,多样性以陇中的兰州、白银、定西、临夏,陇东的庆阳、平凉和河西的武威为富集地,多样性指数范围在1.5312-1.3424;而金昌、陇南地区的多样性相对较低,多样性指数范围在0.8018-0.4970。（2）甘肃省谷子地方种质资源各地区间主要性状的多样性差异也十分明显,22种性状在各地区的多样性有不同差异,多样性指数范围在0.0000-2.1383之间。（3）22个主要性状的多样性则以粗蛋白（2.0724）、主茎长度（2.0715）、千粒重（2.06707）、主穗长度（2.0523）、粗脂肪（2.0401）和赖氨酸含量（2.0193）等6个数量性状的多样性指数较大,米粳糯（0.2065）、米色（0.7347）、幼苗叶色（0.8655）和穗形（0.8999）等性状的多样性指数较小。研究表明甘肃省谷子地方种质资源的变异较大,遗传较丰富。

The field survey and study were made on the diversity for of 22 main characters of 474 local foxtail millet germplasm resources in different regions of Gansu Province.The results show that there are large range of variability and rich genetic resources of foxtail millet germplasm in Gansu.And the genetic diversity of germplasm resources in different regions is significantly different.It is rich in Lanzhou,Baiyin,Dingxi,Linxia,Qingyang and Wuwei.whose diversity indexes are during ranged from 1.5312～1.3424. But the diversity index is relatively lower in Jinchang and Longnan,whose diversity indexes are ranged from 0.8018～0.4970.The difference of diversity of various regions is significant and their diversity indexes are ranged from 0.0000～2.1383.Of 22 characters surveyed,6 characters,for examples,grain protein content,length of main stem,1000-grain weight,main panicle length,grain fat content,grain lysine content,etc.,show higher diversity indexes than other characters like hulless grain color,seeding leaf color,spike shape,etc.
