摘要
介绍了微生物湿法冶金的发展过程,评述了近年来国内外微生物浸矿和微生物浮选技术领域基础研究和实际生产应用新进展,重点阐述了硫化铜矿细菌氧化浸出、难浸金矿微生物氧化预处理及铀矿细菌堆浸技术应用现状,分析了微生物湿法冶金面临的新挑战,对微生物浸矿技术应用进行了展望。
In this paper,the biohydrometallurgy evolution was introduced briefly.The fundamental research achievements and practical application progress in bioleaching of ore and flotation by microbe at home and abroad in recent years were summarized.The current situation in bacterial oxidation dump leaching of copper sulfide ore,microbial oxidation pretreatment of refractory gold concentrates and bacteria dump leaching of uranium ore was reviewed in detail.The new challenges from biohydrometallurgy were analyzed.The application of the microbial leaching technology of ore in industrial practice was forecasted.
