乳化煤焦油浮选药剂的制备及性能研究

Research on Preparation and Performance of Emulsified Coal Tar Flotation Reagent

研究了经简单处理的煤焦油两个易得馏分为混合油,经超声波乳化制得稳定的乳化油,在精煤选别中促进了煤焦油在矿浆中的分散,使精煤产率提高,油用量下降,提高浮选速度,大大降低了浮选成本,为煤焦油的合理利用开辟了新的途径。

Two distillates of coal tar easily gained are mixed oil that is emulsified to stable emulsified oil by ultrasonic.It promotes dispersion of mixed oil in slurry,leading to increase of yield of clean coal by one percentage point,reducing oil consumption by 45%.Using mixed oil as collector can improve flotation selectivity,flotation rate and yield of flotation clean coal.It greatly reduces flotation cost and opens up a new way to reasonably utilize coal tar.
