肺部疾病患者血清唾液酸和岩藻糖苷酶测定及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究唾液酸(SA)、岩藻糖苷酶(α-FU)在肺部疾病的发生与病情的关系。方法:SA采用直接比色法测定,α-FU采用显色多肽基质检测法测定。结果:1.肺癌组血清SA水平高于正常(P<0.01),也高于其它组肺部疾病(P<0.05);而本组血清α-FU水平高于正常(P<0.05),肺癌组与结核组、肺心病组血清α-FU水平比较有升高趋势,但相互间无差异(P>0.05)。2.结核组血清SA水平高于正常(P<0.001),α-FU水平也高于正常(P<0.05)。3.肺心病组血清SA水平高于正常(P<0.001),α-FU水平也高于正常(P<0.001)。4.慢阻肺组血清SA水平高于正常(P<0.05),但显著低于其它组肺部疾病(P<0.05);而本组血清α-FU水平低于正常(P<0.05),也显著低于其它组肺部疾病(P<0.05)。结论:血清SA和α-FU含量测定对肺部疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断具有一定的临床价值。 The serum sialic arid(SA) Was detected by direct colorimetry,serum a-Fucosidase was detected by developing polypeptid bases test in order to study the role Of sialic acid and a-Fucosidase(α-Fu) andtheir correlation of morbidity and illness in patients with lung diseases.The results showed that: 1, the serum SA levels in patients with lungcancer were markedly higher than that in the normal controls (P <0.001), tuberculosis groups (P < 0.001), pulmonary heart diseasegroups (P < 0.001 ) all chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) grups (P < 0.05), The serum α-Fu levels in patients withlung cancer wre markedly higher than that in the normal controls (P<0.05),the serum α-Fu levels tend to elevate in lung cancer groups when compares with pulmonary heart disease groups and tuberculosisgroups, but there were no significant difference (P > 0.05). 2. Theserum SA, α-Fu levels in patients with tuberculosis groups weremarkedly higher than that in the normal controls (P < 0.001 , P < 0.05) .3. The serum SA, a-Fu levels in patients with pulmonary heartdisease groups were markedly higher than that in the normal controls (P< 0. 001) .4. The serum SA levls in patients with COPD group were markedly higher than that in the normal control (P < 0.05), butwere markedly lower than that in the lung cancer groups, tuberculosisgroups and pulmonary heart disease groups (P < 0.05),The seruma-Fu levels in patients with COPD groups were markedly lower than thatin the normal controls (P < 0. 05), lung cancer groups, tuberculosisgroups and pulmonary heart disease groups(P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: The serum SA and α-Fu levels measurement play important clinical value in the diagnosis and differentiation in pateients with lung diseases.
