摘要
涂油室结构参数变化会引起电场分布的改变,进而影响整个喷涂效果。将优化理论与有限元分析相结合,每分析一组参数,求出其电场强度的相对误差,使其相对误差的最大值达到最小。从而确定合适的参数组,达到涂油室结构的优化,为新一代静电涂油机研制开发提供新的途径。
Changes of structural parameters of oil room leads to the distribution of electric field,so oiling quality of total electrostatic oiler is affected.Finite element model of three-dimensional electric field was built,and then influence of parameters changes on top electric field was analyzed.Finally optimization of oil room structure was realized by combining optimization theory and finite element analysis,so proper parameters were got.
