摘要
针对某型民机机翼前缘抗鸟撞设计,提出一种内嵌铝合金斜支板的抗鸟撞结构。采用ANSYS/LS—DYNA有限元分析软件,在不同鸟撞速度下,分析了斜支板角度、蒙皮与支板的连接方式对机翼前缘抗鸟撞性能的影响。分析结果表明:在不显著增加结构重量的情况下,采用30°单斜板结构可有效提高机翼前缘抗鸟撞特性。
It based on the requirement of structure anti-bird impact,selected typical Civil Aircraft leading edge and the aluminum alloy tilted-plate unifies structural form,adopted the ANSYS/LS-DYNA fi-nite element analysis software,analyzed the effect of tilted-plate installation angle and the connection mode on the performance of structure anti-bird impact.The result indicated that:Without a significant in-crease in weight of the structure,Using 30°metal tilted-plate structure could effectively enhance the capa-bility of anti-bird impact.
