摘要
IC芯片的远程在线制造监控技术使得芯片图像信息的存储、处理与传送要求不断提高。提出了基于能量熵分布梯度与Huffman编码的IC图像压缩技术,通过建立能量熵分布梯度,可提取反映芯片图像细节的特征平面,并结合Huffman编码技术进行图像的编码压缩,实现在高压缩率情况下对于图像细节特征的描述。经过编程实现与图像解压实验,方法获得了较为稳定的压缩结果与清晰的解压图像,为芯片制造的在线远程监控提供了基础。
Remote on-line monitoring of IC manufacture leads requirements on information storage,processing and transmission are rising.A new IC image compressing technology based on energy entropy dis-tribution gradient and Huffman coding is investigated.By gradient operator of energy entropy distribution the characteristic plane of IC image is extracted.Combining with Huffman encoding technology the compressing and describing of IC image’s detail characters under the situation of high compressing ratio is realized.Through experiments of programming and image decompression this technology can obtain stable compress-ing result and clear reconstructed image,thus it facilitates following remote monitoring in IC manufacture.
