摘要
主要介绍了基于视觉图像的沥青路面病害检测系统,该系统分为图像采集、图像预处理、病害目标提取、畸变校正、图像识别等五个功能模块,利用CCD摄像机、图像采集卡和计算机搭建路面病害图像采集和处理系统,将24位彩色病害图像转换为8位灰度图像,利用加权的邻域法对图像进行平滑处理,采用大津法阈值分割结合区域生长法的算法提取出路面病害目标。通过算法确定病害的外接矩,并根据加热器的排列结构对图像进行栅格划分,找出病害与加热器的对应关系,最终计算出加热范围参数。实验结果表明,本研究设计的路面病害检测系统具有良好的集成性和稳定性。
It mainly describes the damaged asphalt pavement detection system based on visual im-ages processing technology.The system is divided into five functional modules,such as image acquisition,image pre-processing,diseases object extraction,distortion correction,image recognition.Firstly,by the use of CCD cameras,frame grabbers and computers,the acquisition and processing system of damaged pave-ment image is set up.Secondly,24-bit color images of damaged pavement are converted to 8-bit grayscale images.Thirdly,a weight neighborhood average filtering algorithm is used to filter the image.Then OTSU Threshold method combined with region growing method is used to extract the disease object.Finally,the parameters of heating range are calculated by getting the external rectangle of disease and its relationship with heater arrangement structure.The experimental results show that the design of this study Pavement Detection System has good integration and stability.
