摘要
通过对弹簧参数的优化设计,经试验检测及装车应用,结果显示改进后的机车截锥螺旋压缩弹簧设计工作高度与原设计(原设计指圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧,下同)接近;工作负荷下弹簧变形量低于原设计;每件弹簧设计减重(2~3)kg;强度、径向稳定性皆满足设计要求。试验表明,该新型弹簧完全可以应用于铁道机车车辆。
With the optimum design on spring parameters,and loaded by the application of testing,the results showed that the designed working height of the improved conical helical compression spring is close to the original design(the original design referred to the cylindrical helical compression spring,the same below);and the spring deformation under working load is less than the original design;and the weight reduction of each spring is(2~3)kg.The strength and the radial stability can satisfy the design require-ments.The tests showed that the new spring can be applied better to railway rolling stock.
