摘要
激光辅助切削加工的原理是利用激光进行局部加热,加快切削速度,减少刀具磨损。利用加热切削法,不但可减小切削力,而且还可以降低粗糙度值,提高加工表面的质量。由于激光束具有如此快速局部加热的性能,而且控制非常灵活,可以准确地照射到待加工的位置,光斑形状和大小都能调节,能较好地满足加热切削的要求。因而采用激光辅助加热来改善难加工材料切削性能的方法,具有重要的实用价值。
Laser auxiliary cutting principle is to use laser to local heating,speed up the cutting speed and reduce wear.Using the method of heating cutting,not only can reduce the cutting force,but also can reduce roughness,improve the quality of machined surface.Due to the laser beam with local heat so fast,and the performance is very flexible control,can accurately irradiate the disk position for processing,shape and size can adjust,can satisfy the requirement of heat cutting.Therefore using laser assisting heat-ing to improve the cutting performance difficult-to-machine materials,it has important practical value.
