摘要
用计算流体力学的方法,通过对高炉风口的流场和温度场的模拟来探讨风口结构、进口水压、材质及水垢对高炉风口寿命的影响。结果表明:从温度分布和冷却效果来分析,螺旋—贯流式风口比空腔式高炉风口好;对于不同类型的风口,建议采用模拟方法得出其合适的水压;最高温度随水垢厚度的增大而呈指数形式增加;在四个因素中,结构的影响最大,其次是水压,再次是水垢,最后是纯度。
Studied the flow field and the temperature field of tuyere using CFD,discussed the influ-ence of tuyere structure,inlet hydraulic pressure,the material of tuyere and incrustation upon the life of tuyere.The simulation results indicated that:cross-blast furnace tuyere was better than cavity-blast furnace tuyere from the analysis of the temperature distribution and the cooling effect;For different types of blast furnace tuyeres,suggested got the right inlet hydraulic pressure using the simulatin method;The highest temperature is in the form of the exponential increase With increasing thickness of the incrustation;Of all the four factors,the structure the largest,followed by inlet hydraulic pressure,then the incrustation,and finally the impurities.
