摘要
设计了一种基于PLC的按钮型主令电器电寿命试验系统。基于触点可能出现的失效形式提出了可靠的试验判据并阐述了预试验和主试验中关键程序的程序梯形图和编制方法。通过小样本试验验证,实现了完备的保护功能。
Introduced one kind of electrical endurance test system based on the PLC.The expiration form possibly appears which based on the electronic contact proposed the reliable experiment sentenced and elaborated in the pre-experiment and the host experiment the essential procedure procedure trapezoidal chart and the establishment method.Through the small sample experiment confirmation,has realized the complete protection function.
