摘要
在探讨了农村非自愿移民可持续生计的内涵与特点的基础上,指出构建农村非自愿移民可持续生计应做到创新理念、尊重农民的土地财产权、设计合理的补偿机制、健全移民社会保障机制、启动移民就业培训及开展移民创业援助。
Some suggestions will be given for the construction of rural involuntary resettlement sustainable livelihoods by probing into its meaning and characteristics,such as innovating resettlement idea,respecting peasants’ land property right,designing reasonable compensation mechanism,perfecting resettlement social security mechanism,developing employment training for resettlement and providing assistance for resettlement starting their business.
