摘要
本文阐述了绩效评估在企业管理工作中占有的重要地位,建立了以创造能力、工作质量、参与程度、工作纪律、领导素质及团队精神为基础的因素集,用AHP法确定了个因素的权重,并基于此运用模糊综合评价方法建立了科学合理的绩效评估方法,最后通过具体实例说明了该方法的有效性。
This paper elaborates on the important position of performance evaluation in enterprise management,establishes the factor sets based on the creative ablitlity,job quality,attendance,discipline,leadership quality and team spirit,and they are weighed through AHP.Moreover,a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation method is established by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP,and its effectiveness is explained through the detailed examples.
