The Historical Recalling, Basic Experiences and Prospects since Chinese Reform and Opening-up Policy Putting into Effect

从1978年党的十一届三中全会至今,中国的改革开放走过了30余年的伟大征程。30余年中,虽然取得了一系列伟大成就,但也存在一些值得高度重视的问题,可以说是"七分成绩,三分失误"。在此基础上,我们积累了一系列基本经验。展望未来,我们应该在科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的总体要求之下,进一步全面推进改革开放,努力实现全面小康的目标。

Since the third Plenum of the 1 lth Party Congress in 1978, Chinese reform and opening-up policy has crossed thirty-year great journey. During this thirty years, China experienced the exploratory stage of ＂wading across the river by groping the stones＂ from 1978 to 1992; the preliminary development stage of socialist market economy from 1992 to 2007; China entered a new stage which is guided by Scientific Outlook on Development after 2007. In a word, it not only had acquired a series of great achievements but also had some issues which should be valued, it can be said ＇,Among all we have done, seventy percent is achievements and thirty percent is errors＂. We have accumulated a series of basic experience from this process. Looking to the future, we should promote further development of the reform and opening-up and strive to achieve the goal of well-off society under the general requirements both scientific outlook on development and constructing socialistic harmonious society.
