院内综合康复措施对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

The efficacy of comprehensive psychological rehabilitation measures to the life quality of chronic inpatient schizophrenics

目的:探讨院内综合康复措施对改善慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的效果。方法:对30例长期住院的慢性精神分裂症患者在药物治疗的基础上给予针对性的综合康复措施12周,在给予康复措施前及后分别采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)进行评估。结果:采取综合康复措施后,患者躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能维度分均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:对长期住院的慢性精神病患者采取针对性的综合康复措施,对提高患者的生活质量、延缓衰退具有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the efficacy of psychological rehabilitation measures to the life quality of chronic inpatient schizophrenics. Methods：30 cases of chronic inpatient schizophrenics were provided with comprehensive psychological rehabilitation measures for 12 weeks besides treating with anti -psychiatics and evaluated using a General Quality of Life Inventory（ GQOLI -74 ）. Results： After given with comprehensive psychological rehabilitation measures, the scores of physical functions, psychological functions and social functions of patients were significantly increased than 12 weeks ago. Conclusions： Comprehensive psychological rehabilitation measures should be applied in chronic inpatient schizophrenics in order to elevate their quality of life and prevent from mental retrogression.
