评述刚性井筒装备的罐梁和罐道截面形式、水平层格结构形式和层间距;分析井筒装备负荷、水平力的计算方法。
To equip a mine shaft, a bunton with a cross section of an annular form or stream line form is better than the H form steel. The guide with a square hollow section is better than timber guide and steel rail. A layer frame with no bunton is the best for the horizontal layer frame structure of the bunton. An ration clearance between the layers of the bunton is about 4 m to 6 m. The clearance in design and instalation is 6 m. A construction mehtod of resin bolt and cement bolt for the pleacement of bunton is faster than the steel plate in shaft liner welding with bunton. The for(?)es loading on mine shaft equipment are mainly horizontal forces, dividing into a forward horizontal force Py and a side horizontal force Px. Defferent in an viberation of a hoisting container, rigid of equipment, terminol loading Q and hoisting speed will cause defferent horizontal forces. The simplified formulation for the horizontal force is Py=KQV, Px=0.8Py, Pv=0.25 Py,K=coefficient. To meet the project calculation of horizontal forces, it can found a law to determinate quantity relationship of multi parameters base on combinations of site survey, theratical study and lab test.
