在信息技术飞速发展的今天,地震预报智能决策系统和地震信息系统迫切需要新技术的融入。Web挖掘是目前信息技术中的研究热点,它是现代科学技术相互渗透融合的必然结果。文章首先介绍了Web挖掘的含义,重点讨论了Web文本分类技术,并提出了其在防震减灾辅助决策中的应用模型。

Today, the information technology is rapid developing. The earthquake prediction intelligent decision-making system urgently needs new technology. As the research hotspot of information technology, Web mining is the inevitable result of the mutual penetration and integration of modem science and technology. The meaning of web mining is introduced first in this paper. The technology of web text classification whose application model in earthquake prevention and disaster reducing auxiliary decision-making is proposed is mainly discussed.
