摘要
目的:观察中药脑心康口服液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效观察。方法:将61例患有椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的患者随机分为两组,治疗组31例,服用脑心康口服液治疗;对照组30例,口服阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,两组均以2周为1个疗程。治疗前后观察两组患者的眩晕及伴随症状和经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查变化。结果:治疗组有效率为87.10%,对照组为64.34%(P<0.01)。结论:中药脑心康口服液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有很好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the treatment oi NaoXinKang（ NXK） drank for vertigo caused by vertebro-basilar insufficieney（VBI）. Methods： Totally 61 patients were divided randomly into two groups which are treatment group（31 cases） treated by NXK drink and conrol group （30 cases） treated by atorvastatin calciums. Vertigo, accompanying symptoms and Transcranial Doppler uhrasonography （TCD） of two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results： The total effective rate is 87.10% in treatment group and 64.34% in conrol group after 2 weeks treatment. Conclusions： NXK dank is effective to vertigo caused by VBI.
