摘要 查阅近年来腰椎间盘突出症与IL-6研究的相关文献,从IL-6的致炎作用、在突出椎间盘中的表达与分布、作用机理及针刺对IL-6的影响等方面进行综述,并提出了研究中存在的一些问题及其今后进一步开展研究的方向。 According to the studies on IL-6 and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in recent years, proinflammatory role, expression, distribution and mechanism of IL-6 in LIDH, effects of acupuncture etc. are reviewed. Moreover,the author puts forward some problems in the research and brings forward the direction for future researching.
