门诊肿瘤患者90例退药情况分析

Analysis of 90 Cases of Outpatient Drug Withdrawal

目的分析本院门诊患者退药原因。方法收集本院2008年1—12月90例门诊患者退药清单，按退药原因、退药种类、退药科室进行统计分析。结果因药物过敏、病情变化、未做检查直接处方药品等原因导致退药的比例分别占37．78％、15．56％和11．11％。退药品种主要为抗肿瘤药物、中成药、抗微生物药。退药科室主要集中在放疗科与内科。结论医师应根据患者病情合理用药，药师应充分发挥审方作用，加强药品管理，减少退药，保证患者用药安全有效。

Objective To analyze the reasons for the drug withdrawal of outpatients. Methods A total of 90 cases of outpatient drug withdrawal from Jan. to Dec. category and clinical department. Results in 2008 were analyzed statistically according The chiefly reasons of drug withdrawal based progression and check skipping, and the percentage were 37.78%, 15.56%, and 11. 11% repercussion agents, drug on drug allergy, diseases , respectively. The main withdraw species were antineoplastic drugs, Chinese traditional medicaments and antimicrobial drugs. Besides, the department of internal medicine and radiotherapy had higher occurrence frequency of drug withdrawal, and each of them had 19 and 18 cases for drug withdrawal. Conclusion The doctor should prescribe rationally based on patient＇ s condition and the pharmacist should educe the effect in prescription examination. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the drug administration so as to reduce the drug withdrawal and ensure safe and effective medication.
