高效液相色谱法测定盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立用高效液相色谱(HPLc)法测定盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法选用Diamonsil(钻石)C18(5μm,150mm×4.6mm)为分析柱;检测波长为215nm;柱温为35℃;甲醇-0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾(20:80)为流动相;流速为0.8ml/min。结果盐酸麻黄碱的保留时间约为7.9min,在43.776—136.800txg/ml的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为100.4%,相对标准偏差值(RSD)为0.59%;供试品溶液在18h内稳定。结论该方法精密度好,准确度高,简单易行。 Objective To develop a method for determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Ephedrine Hydrochloride nasal drops by HPLC. Methods The HPLC system was consisted of a Diamonsil (diamond) C18 (5 μm, 150 mm ×4.6 mm) at 35℃, and the UV-vis detective wave length was 215 mm. The mobile phase was composed of Methanol-0. 01 mol/L Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate (20: 80), and the flowing rate was 0.8 mL/min. Results The retention time of Ephed- rine Hydrochloride was about 7.9 min. Ephedrine Hydrochloride had good linearity within the range of 43. 776 - 136. 800 μg/ml(r =0. 9999). The average recovery was 100.4% , and RSD was 0.59%. Sample solution was stable within 18 h. Conclusion The developed method is simple, fast, and sensitive, thus suitable for the analysis of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Ephedrine Hydrochloride nasal drops.
