摘要
从"教师职业道德"到"教师专业伦理"的转向,是基于教师专业化的要求、伦理与道德的分野,并针对传统师德的弊端而提出的。教师专业伦理在提升教师的专业品质、保障学生的教育权益、维护教师的专业自主权方面具有内在的价值。而作为专业人员的教师与作为服务对象的学生之间所具有的独特关系,又决定了教师专业伦理与其他专业伦理的根本差异。
The concept of "teacher's professional ethics" is raised on the basis of teachers' professionalization and the discrepancy between morality and ethics, which aims at solving the problem of traditional teacher's morality. Teacher's professional ethics can contribute to the improvement of teacher's quality, the protection of student's right to education and the maintenance of teacher's professional autonomy. The special relationship between teachers and students determines the professional ethics for teachers is different from that for other professions.
