参附注射液治疗扩张型心肌病的临床观察

Evaluation of Shenfu injection in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

目的观察参附注射液治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果。方法 57例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为两组,对照组27例采用常规治疗,治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上加用参附注射液。结果两组患者治疗后心功能均有改善。LVEF、BNP均较治疗前明显改善,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论参附注射液对扩张型心肌病有一定的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）. Methods Fifty - seven DCM patients were randomly divided into two groups, Shenfu group（S group） and control group（ C group）. C group was treated with routine therapy, and S group was treated with Shenfu injection combined routine therapy. Some parameters were measured before and after treatment. The clinical effect were observed. Results The heart function of two groups had significantly been improved. LVEF and BNP were better than before in two groups, and S group was superior to C group with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shenfu injection plays a therapeutic role in patients with DCM.
