哮喘缓解期儿童Th1/Th2细胞的水平及意义

摘要 目的探讨哮喘缓解期儿童外周血Th1/Th2细胞的水平及意义。方法设正常对照组(n=38)及哮喘(缓解期)组(n=55),采用荧光单细胞内染色法检测外周血Th1/Th2细胞活性,检测结果进行统计学分析。结果哮喘组Th1细胞活性及Th1/Th2明显低于对照组,Th2细胞活性明显高于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论哮喘缓解期儿童仍存在Th1/Th2细胞偏移,Th1细胞功能抑制,Th2细胞功能亢进。 Objective To investigate significance of Th cell in peripheral blood in the recover period of children with asthma. Methods To measure Th1 ,Th2 cell and Th1/Th2 ratio by mononuelearcytes colored with fluorescence and compare the results. Results The level of Thl cell, Th1/Th2 ratio in the children with asthma was significantly lower than in normal subjects ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and Th2 was also significantly higher than that in normal subjects ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conehmion There are still children with asthma in remission stage shift Th1/Th2 ceils, Th1 cells, inhibition, Th2 cell function in hyperthyroidism.
