摘要
明治维新、二战后以及20世纪70年代中后期是日本三个重要的社会转型时期。在此期间,伴随着产业结构的升级和经济增长方式的转变,日本的职业教育管理体制也相应进行了三次大的改革。这三次改革适应了转型期经济与社会发展的客观需求,实现了职业教育与经济社会发展的相互促进和良性循环。
The Meiji Restoration, the several decades after World War Ⅱ, as well as the late 1970s are three important social reforming times of Japan. During these times, with the rising of the industry structure and the transformation of the economic growing style, the vocational education administration system made three reforms which accommodated the subjective demands of the economy and social development in the transitional era and carried out a mutual promotion and positive cycle between vocational education and social & economic development.
