Typical Case Analysis of Establishments by Overseas Returnees in Changzhou

海外留学人员归国创业正越来越成为一种趋势,江苏常州在这方面走在了全国的前列。通过对近年来常州海归创业工作的全面了解和总结以及对15家海归创业企业的实地走访,总结了海归创业的不同类型以及他们创业中存在的问题,并对今后的发展提出了积极建议。

It becomes more and more a trend that many overseas returnees come back to make their business. Changzhou is now in the leadership for these overseas returnees making their business in the whole country. In this paper, through the entirely understanding of work made by the returnees in Changzhou in recent years and through the interviews for 15 enterprises made by the returnees, the authors summarize the different types of their enterprises, the problems in their business, and give the positive advices for their further improvements.
