Medical Management for PICC Operation after Chemotherapy in Patients

目的重视PICC术后病历管理，避免术后并发症的发生，确保肿瘤化疗顺利完成。方法建立术后登记制度；对科室全体护理人员进行PICC知识培训；强化责任护士职责；医护密切配合；加强重点时间段的护理。结果通过对100例化疗患者PICC术后规范化的病历管理，化疗全疗程“一针治疗”率87％，患者满意率95％。结论化疗患者PICC术后只有重视病历管理，才能保证PICC安全、有效。

Objective Attach importance to PICC postoperative case management, avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications and ensure the smooth completion of chemotherapy tumor. Methods Establish a postoperative registration systerm;conduct PICC training for the nursing staff of all departments ; strengthen the responsibility of nurses on duties ; closely coordinate between doctors and nurses ; strengthen the focus on nursing time. Results By standardized case management for PICC postoperative chemotherapy of 100 eases patients, the rate of the entire course of chemotherapy of treatment of a needle reached 87%, patients satisfaction rate was 95%. Conclusion After chemotherapy in patients with PICC,only emphasize ease management,the PICC can be ensured to be safe and effective.
