丹参酮与复方益康唑霜联合治疗痤疮的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Tanshinone combined Compound Econazole Cream in the treatment of acne

目的探讨丹参酮与复方益康唑霜联合治疗痤疮的疗效。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2008年1月～2009年3月收治的94例痤疮患者的临床资料。结果观察组的疗效优于对照组，两组比较有统计学意义，x^2=6．0209，P〈0．05。两组均无严重不良反应。结论丹参酮与复方益康唑霜联合治疗痤疮疗效满意，且无严重不良反应，值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Tanshinone combined Compound Econazole Cream in the treatment of acne. Methods The clinical data of 94 cases with acne from January 2008 to March 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The observation group was more effective than the control group, comparing the two groups was statistically significan x^2 = 6. 0209,P 〈 0.05. there was no serious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Tanshinone combined Compound Econazole Cream has satisfactory curative effect on aene, and there was no serious adverse reactions, it is worth spreading.
