多层螺旋CT对骨髓瘤的诊断价值

Appearances of myeloma in MSCT

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对骨髓瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的32例骨髓瘤的16层螺旋CT表现。结果病变部位包括脊柱24处、颅骨22处、肋骨12处、肩胛骨3处。25例为病灶多发，7例病灶单发。主要CT表现为骨质破坏、病理性骨折、骨质疏松、软组织肿块等。结论骨髓瘤的CT表现有某些特点，CT可在骨髓瘤的发现和诊断中起一定作用。

Objective To discuss CT features of myeloma. Methods 16 - slices spiral CT features of 32 cases myeloma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively studied. Results The lesions location included spine （ 24 sites）, skull （ 22 sites ）, rib （ 12 sites ）, bladebone （ 3 sites）. 25 cases involved multiple bones,7 cases involved solitary bone. The CT findings included bone destruction, pathological fractures, osteoporosis, soft tissue mass. Conclusions Myeloma has some specific imaging feature. CT can play some role in the displaying and diagnosis of myeloma.
