The filtration performance of the rotary filter press is introduced. The basic condition of the power consumption of the rotary filter press has been obtained by the experimental data measured in the automatic control system. The effects of operating pressure.the feed concentration and the discharge concentration on the power consumption are discussed. The testing data was provided for how to select appropriate operating conditions, so the working efficiency of the rotary filter press can greatly improve in the actual production.
