摘要
物流园区是城市物流系统的重要基础设施,具有鲜明的公共属性。从物流园区的产生和发展的内在机理出发,探讨其公共性缺失的主要原因,对确立物流园区的城市公共性物流平台地位,促进城市物流系统协同运作,消除园区规划和建设过程中的利益驱动潜在风险等方面具有十分重要意义。
This paper studies the inner mechanism of the emergence and development of logistics parks and explores the main reasons for its lack of the public attribute.
