摘要
研究由一个供应商与一个零售商组成的供应链系统。零售商面临确定连续需求,订货提前期由供应商可控生产(订购)时间与不确定运输时间组成。运输时间不确定所导致缺货费用由双方共同分摊。建立了分散决策与集中决策供应链模型,研究结果表明,集中决策模式下的供应链成本低于分散决策下的供应链成本,并且在集中决策模式下,最优决策是可控提前期不进行压缩。分散决策模式下,零售商承担缺货成本比例越高,博弈结果越接近集中决策模式下的结果。通过成本节约共享,可以实现供应链协调与整体优化。
In this paper, a disperse and a centralized decision-making model of supply chain are established, of which, the centralized decision-making model is shown to be more capable of reducing logistics cost. It is also found that, through cost saving sharing,the supply chain can be more integrated and coordinated.
