摘要
综合运用机电液一体化技术、单片机测控技术、微机与多台单片机的通讯技术研制出钢板弹簧综合试验机,它具有较高的自动测控、故障诊断和通讯功能,既可进行刚度试验,也可进行疲劳试验,试验过程可以自动操作也可由人工操作,解决了国产试验机存在的离合器打滑、预压量调整困难、测控能力差等问题,并大幅度降低试验机的成本。
A comprehensive leaf spring tester has been developed with EHM (electro hydraulic mechanics),monolith processor monitoring and controlling and micro computer communication with multi monolith processors. With automatic monitoring and controlling, diagnosing and communication stiffness test as well as fatigue test for leaf springs can done on the tester. Test can be controlled automatically or manually. The newly developed tester climinates clutch slipping, poor adjustment of pre-pressure as well as poor controlling ability which existed with other such testers. The cost of the tester has been largely reduced.
