摘要
以柴油机进气管为例，阐述了消失模铸造模具CAD系统建立的意义，通过对铸件特征分析，建立了消失模模具CAD系统。经实际验证，模具符合铸件产品要求。
The significahce of setting-up CAD system for moulds used in lost foam casting is presented with example of diesel engine intake manifold. With analysis of the features of castings CAD system for moulds used in lost foam casting was setup. Production practice proved the mould can meet the requirements of castings.
