摘要 亭子口水利枢纽以防洪、灌溉及城乡供水、发电为主,兼顾航运,并具有拦沙减淤等综合效益,是嘉陵江干流开发唯一的控制性工程。工程等别为Ⅰ等,工程规模为大(1)型。前期设计阶段经深入综合比较,枢纽选定李家咀坝址。工程布置设计中着重对适宜修建重力坝和当地材料坝的坝线及其枢纽布置方案进行了综合分析比较,在选定坝线后,又对两种坝型就地形地质、建筑材料、枢纽布置、泄洪消能、工程施工、调度运行、环境影响、工程投资等方面进行了综合比较,确认混凝土重力坝方案在枢纽布置、泄洪消能、工程投资等多方面占优,最终推荐混凝土重力坝作为本枢纽挡水建筑物基本坝型。 Tingzikou Hydropower Station is the only controlling project in main stream of Jialingjiang River,which is mainly for flood control,irrigation,urban and rural water supply and power generation,and gives consideration to navigation,sediment trapping as well.Lijiazui is selected as dam site through comprehensive comparison in the early period of design.In the engineering layout design,the dam axis of gravity dam and local materials dam and their layout are analyzed comparatively.The topography,geology,construction materials,layout,flood discharge and energy dissipation,construction,dispatching operation,environmental harmony and investment of the two dam types are taken into consideration.It is concluded that the gravity dam is superior in layout,flood discharge and energy dissipation and investment;therefore,gravity dam is recommended as the basic dam type of water-retaining structure.
