银盘水电站现场灌浆试验技术创新 被引量:2

摘要 乌江银盘水电站坝基岩体主要由页岩、砂岩及灰岩等软、硬岩相间组成,且受众多泥化夹层、破碎夹泥层及破碎剪切带分割,构成了基岩不均匀变形加剧、软弱夹泥层抗渗透变形能力降低等问题。现场灌浆试验围绕上述亟待解决的工程问题,对夹泥层冲洗设备的研制与应用、夹泥层帷幕幕体的耐压评价、软岩薄混凝土封闭无盖重固结灌浆等技术进行了创新研究,取得了丰富的资料和较好的效果,为银盘水电站的渗控工程设计与施工提供了强有力的技术支撑。 The foundation rock of Yinpan Hydropower Station is mainly composed of soft-hard interbeded rock mass such as shale,sandstone and limestone,and divided by numerous muddy clay layers,fragmental muddy layers and fragmental shear belts,which results in serious un-uniform deformation of the foundation rock and lower anti-seepage deformation capacity.In the light of the above-mentioned problems urgently to be solved,in the grouting test,the research has been conducted in the aspect of the washing equipment development and application for muddy layer,the anti-pressure evaluation of curtain in muddy layer,thin concrete sealed consolidation grouting without cover weight in soft rock mass,and abundant data and achievements are obtained,which provides strong support for seepage control design and construction of Yinpan Hydropower Station.
