摘要 研究了不同剂量的60Coγ射线辐照黑粉虫幼虫的生物学效应。结果表明,50 Gy的60Coγ射线就可以完全阻止烟草中的黑粉虫幼虫产生下一代,在此剂量下有少量的幼虫可以化蛹,但不能羽化为成虫;100 Gy及以上剂量的60Coγ射线辐照可以有效控制黑粉虫幼虫的取食和生长,并最终导致其死亡。因此,100 Gy的60Coγ射线可以作为辐照防治黑粉虫幼虫的有效剂量。 The biological effects of ^60Co γ-ray irradiation on the larvae of Tenebrio obscurus Fabricius on tobacco were studied. The results showed that irradiation of 50 Gy could effectively control the growth of larvae of Tenebrio obscurus Fabricius, a few larvae might develop into pupae though, the pupae unable to turn into adult by emergence; irradiation of 100 Gy and more could inhibit larvae from taking feed, and the larvae completely died at last. 100 Gy could be considered as the effective dosage of ^60Co γ-ray for the control of the larvae of Tenebrio obscurus Fabricius.
