摘要
对钻孔桩水下混凝土灌注施工原理进行了分析,从确保导管埋深方面进行了探讨,提出在导管外围附加焊接一个锥形防沉降沿帽的方法,与有关规范施工进行了对比研究,解决了钻孔桩水下混凝土灌注施工难于控制导管埋深、易于断桩的问题,从而保证钻孔桩水下混凝土的灌注质量。
The construction perfusion principle of underwater concrete delivery of bored piles was analysed. The aspects of catheter depth are discussed, The method that a cone-shaped anti-settlement of hat was welded on catheter periphery was studied through compare with the norms of the construction. Such the method solved the probiem of the underwater concrete bored piles construction perfusion controlling difficultly and the catheter deep easily broken. The quality of underwater concrete delivery of bored piles was greatly enhanced.
