针对高层住宅较多采用短肢剪力墙结构的特点,进行了拼装式全钢大模板的研究,达到了模板平整度高、接缝严密、无错台、不漏浆、重量轻、强度大、刚性好、易拆装、互换性强、成本低、综合效益高的效果,可充分满足清水混凝土施工要求。

Aiming at characteristics of the high-rise residential building,such as adopting short shearing wall structure,it gets research on assembling steel large template,reaches effect of high template smoothness,crack strictness,staggered steps non leakage,light weight,large stiffness,good steel resistance,easy dismounting,strong changing performance,low cost and high comprehensive benefit,which can fully satisfy clear water concrete construction requirements.
