摘要
分析了固定总价合同的性质、特点及风险,探讨了固定总价合同的局限性,研究了固定总价合同常见的争议类型,阐述了避免建设工程固定总价合同纠纷的途径。
The property,characteristics and risk of fixed price contract were analyzed,the limit of fixed price contract was discussed,the common disputation type of the fixed price contract was studied,and the path to prevent building engineering fixed price contract disputation was illustrated.
