我国个人合作建房发展策略研究

Study on the development strategy of Chinese individual cooperative housing

针对目前的住房问题,引入了个人合作建房这一途径,对个人合作建房的主要特征及优势作了归纳,通过总结个人合作建房面临的问题,提出了关于发展个人合作建房的建议,以期解决老百姓购房难题。

Aiming at present house problem,the path of individual cooperative housing was introduced,the main characteristics and advantages of individual cooperative housing were generalized.Through generalizing the problems met in individual cooperative housing,the suggestions of developing individual cooperative housing were proposed,so as to resolve people s housing purchasing difficulty.
