摘要
构建了房地产开发方案优选的指标体系,在此基础上,将物元模型与层次分析法相结合,构建了房地产开发企业进行开发方案选择决策的数学模型,并通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。
It establishes index system of the real estate development scheme optimal selection,based on this,combines the matter-element model with level analysis method,constructs the mathematical model for the real estate development enterprise to get development scheme selection and decision,and according to practical case proves the feasibility of this method.
