介绍了工程量清单计价是改革和完善工程价格管理体制的一个重要组成部分,通过"08规范"与"03规范"的比较分析,总结出"08规范"的特点,从而提高工程量清单计价改革的整体效力,有利于对工程造价管理的控制。
The paper introduces the engineering bill pricing is an important component for the reform and improvement of the engineering pricing management system,and sums up the characteristics of ＂08 Regulation＂ according to the comparison and analysis between ＂08 Regulation＂ and ＂03 Regulation＂,so as to improve the whole effect of the engineering bill pricing reform,which will be good for the engineering cost management and control.
