摘要
叙述了河流冰凌灾害的主要形式,对冰盖和冰塞的形成发展机理进行了研究,同时总结出冰塞预报的基本方法,并通过这些预报方法相互结合,从而为冰冻区河流建立冰塞预报模型提供有益的帮助。
The main forms of river ice hazard were described,the formation and development mechanism of ice cap and ice jam were studied,and the ice jam basic forecasting method was generalized.By combining these forecasting methods,therefore provided favorable help for building ice situation forecasting model in frost zone river.
